Marnie Turkel list them on eBay occasionally, none listed right now. I suspect she has a large mother plants which yields divisions which go on line when established. I would contact her directly and querie as to availability. You could also keep an eye on her eBay site, she posts new plants every Sunday evening.

You can try Norman's Orchids (Orchids.com) or Cal Orchids in Santa Barbara. Also SVO (Fred Clarke and Sunset Valley Orchids). They usually sell 4N or tetraploid plants. Their flowers are larger, fuller, and the plants more robust that the average diploids.
However, they are bit more expensive. Some have been imported from Japan: the place for 4N Sophronitis coccinea.

Miranda Orchids has Sophronitis cernua, they specialize in Brazilian Orchids. Maybe you could check with them.
