Schultz Orchid Potting Mix

I bought a bag of the Schultz Orchid Potting Mix today. It seems different from the Schultz mix I used to buy before everyone stopped selling it. Has anyone else noticed this? It looks like it might work really great for some orchids but don't know about cattleyas.

    I noticed some places store potting mixes outside, the bags get wet and decompose. I think Shultz comes in a black bag which would also speed up the mix breaking down. I was having the same problem which made me start repotting in hydroton pellets. When I do buy bark I only get it if it comes in a clear bag.
