Vanda yellowing and leaf drop

Hi all,

I have my first Ascda since one week.
I soak it every day for 30 minutes, keep it in vase. But leaves turns yellow and dropped.
Should I move it out of the vase?

Vandas are not typical orchids. They need full sun and tropical heat and plenty of it. If you don't have these conditions they will die very quickly.

You say you soak them 30 minutes daily? It looks like they are constantly in water in the vases. Those lovely roots like to dry between waterings and need good air circulation to thrive. Definitely remove them from vase and hang in warm, very bright light with good air circulation

They did not sit in water. Dry quickly between watering. Ascda was transported for 8 days so I thikn that yellowing is just little and no water in this time.

Congrats - it sounds like you have figured it out for yourself!
