Coelogyne speciosa var. salmonicolor too big.....

Hi,

I would like to repot that plant in in 3 pots. Got it with 3 bulbs, now, after 7 years, they are approx. 25.
What would be the best way to have it in 3 parts, without damaging the plant more than necessary?
The best mix for repotting? And afterwards?

By the way: Blooming the whole year through, first blooming, then the bulb. So you never wait anxiously for a spike. As long as the plant grows it flowers abundantely!! Some fragrance included!
But now the pot is simply too big!

Thanks a lot for your suggestions
