Found first orchid (unnamed)

Stopped by HD and picked out an orchid that I thought looked pretty healthy. The roots were wrinkled and I figured they were just dehydrated. Watered it when I got back and they're already starting to look a bit better.

Anyway, it is one of those add ice types, found out that those that don't sell go back to the vendor so if you're waiting for them to go on sale at HD sounds like they won't be. Just wanted to post some pics to see if any of you can name it for me, and also if it looks like it is in good condition. One thing you'll notice is the roots have gone mad and are all over the place. Should I keep them this way or trim them? There are a few unhappy looking roots too that I took pics of. Also noticed that there are two flower stems they chopped off at some point, wonder if this flower is an active bloomer and they didn't want to sell an orchid with so many stems.
