Phaleanopsis flowering

How long does it take for Phal blossoms to open. I have a plant in a south room/light out of direct light but bright enough for a few hours.

It has had blossoms now for about a month or more, they are getting bigger but have not opened.

From when the bloom spike first appears count about 110 days to the first flower opening.

Sounds like you've done this before...Thanks for the quick reply. I'm not sure of the time frame yet, but I think the spikes first started to appear in Nov/Dec some time. So I guess I'm within the time frame. I moved them from outside to inside so I could keep a closer eye on them. Maybe that slowed things down also. Thanks a bunch...
