Anytime or never. Since it is growing well, you could let it grow. Simply a matter of preference. They will grow in a bark mix. Ive grown them in lava rock.

If it is your preference to repot, soak the whole thing for 1/2 hour in water. Makes it easier.

In potting it is important to place the plants on the potting mix not in it. Use a rhizome clip to secure it.

Bob I leave my Catts in compot for several years particularly the mini Catt type. The bigger they are, the better they will do when planted alone. It also involves less work to maintain a compot than individual pots. Less than six months ago I removed C. walkeriana coerulea to individual pots and the cross was made six years ago.

Once out of compot I keep all of my Catt seedlings in sphag/tree fern/clay pots until they need a 6" pot.

I toss the very small ones but if you want to continue growing them, put them back into a compot.
