Odontocidium Eric Wilhelm 'Kalapana' care

I am new to orchids and got this one as a present.
By some reason it stopped flowering very soon, maybe was already old or i did something wrong.
But what should i do now?
Transplant it? Feed? How to take care?

Calvin, thank you for posting that article. I'm a beginner and I've started to favor this type of orchid, but I think my conditions at present are less than ideal. It helps to know exactly what they need rather than "more light" or "more humidity" in general.
