If I were a betting gal, I'd probably guess virus (streaking), but then again, it could be something else. If this plant is important to you I'd spend the money and have it tested. Otherwise, just keep it away from any other plants you have and enjoy it.
The brown areas look like some sort of damage. Doesn't look like anything to worry about.

The first photo looks like virus Chloro break. The others more like damage. I would either test the plant or quarantine it away from the others, as more new leafs emerge it will become obvious. With Cymbidiums the flowers are often unaffected but the Chloro break in the leaves makes it easy to diagnose.

Well, the wind did knock the plant out of its pot a few weeks ago, and I had to repot it while it was actively growing. Could that be the problem? By the way, I've had this plant for 3 years now, and I've never seen this before.

Wind or no wind, the bottom line is still that the very first photo, and only the first photo, is suspicious but not conclusive of virus. Either have the plant tested or separate it from the herd and wait for further leaves. If future leaves show the same two-tone green streaking discard the plant, if not then its OK.
