is this normal, what should i do?

Hi,
can anyone please advise what i should do with my orchid plant. It has only one flower left and what i thought were going to be new flower shoots on the stems are looking more like roots to me now.
I have posted images hoping someone will be able to advise.

Cut the stem off. If you have new roots, your plant is probably healthy and will bloom again for you next year.

Thank you for both responding so quickly.
I have been searching the net this afternoon trying to find out, and yes i think it could be a keiki there is one on each stem and one does have a small leaf appearing.
what do i do with it? do i wait for the leaf/leaves to grow then cut it of and try to grow it?
the plant was a gift last summer and i'm not usually good with them.

Hello Amber,

Leave the keiki attached to the flower spike.Care for the phal as usual and fertilize it periodically. The keiki will produce leaves and several roots.When the roots are at least 2 inches or more you may cut it off and pot it up.Good luck.
