| I have an Phalaenopsis orchid that has grown a new off shoot from a flower stem. What is the best way make this a new plant with out hurting them? |

| Cut the stem coming from the main plant about 1" below the baby (keiki). Soak the keiki roots in tepid water for a couple of hours to make them pliable, pot in the smallest pot which accommodate the roots. The cut off stem will help stablize the small plant in the pot. Brooke |
