Weird scars on phalaenopsis leaves

Hello, I am new to this forum and I have about 15 phalaenopsis orchids and 1 cattleya. Recently 3 of my phals have been developing these weird scars on the new leaves. What is causing this? I live in Miami, FL and I keep them outside but they get no direct sunlight. Thank you guys
