I picked up a couple of those little suet baskets that they sell with the bird feeders for about $2 each. Just move the chain so the little door is on the side, put some rocks at the bottom to keep the medium from dropping out the bottom and voila!

Actually, this is a good idea. I gave away my suet feeders when I moved, but might still have a couple laying around.

We should make a list of 'mounts' because many times you have these things around the house.
