During the summer I water every 4 days. During fall I water every 5 days. During winter I water every 6 days. During spring I water every 5 days.

This should help you some. Really, this is a generality as I have various types of orchids. But for someone just starting it's nice to have a written schedule.

I will use fertilizer until about Halloween. Then nothing until Sp[ring.

Where is 10 in the USA. They look over-potted in an arid mix. Clay pots tend to dry faster than plastic pots. Depends on your aspect re sun and air movement.
Mine are inside all year near a window. Filtered sun in winter, no sun, just bright light in the warmer months of the year. They are narrow temperature range orchids 60-90F and direct sun can burn leaves.

Those plants are all over-potted. They should be in smaller pots. You are using large bark (it appears large). Problem with over-potting is the bark does not dry properly. The orchid roots could be dry and the surrounding bark could be damp. Or the bark just stays damp and the roots can die. Just not a healthy situation.

Are these growing inside with air conditioning (very drying)?

As Arthurm asked, what are the growing conditions? Are you growing indoors in an office? Are you on the East Coast?
