The ones on the left and right are phalaenopsis, also known as moth orchids. The one in the middle looks like some kind of miltassia shelob. It is a little difficult to tell without seeing the leaves.

You should find some culture notes online for these plants for your general area. In general, the phalaenopsis are pretty forgiving and you can learn how to care for those through trial and error. They just need decent light (avoid direct sunlight, although I have at least one phalaenopsis that loves direct sunlight for 4-6 hours a day, so I can't tell you that that's an absolute rule, just probably not something to start with). The most important thing is not to overwater. If your phals are in sphagnum moss, wait until it is almost completely dry before watering again.

The miltassia I'm not sure about--I have one that is doing quite well but I've only had it since mid-summer, so the jury is still out.

With the Phalaenopsis & light - do they want lots of light all year round or only when flowering or to flower? This is the part I haven't sorted out. Here is another photo of the 3 plants, leaves included.

These are the other 2 that are also in bloom. I believe the mini is also a Phalaenopsis, but don't know what the other is. Any ideas?

It was this keiki that had me coming here in the first place! Since then, I have cut it off & repotted both the mother plant & keiki. Both are doing well & growing roots.

The Phalaenopsis is a hybrid where there is a strong influence from a Phalaenopsis equestris ancestor.
The Other orchid is an Oncidiinae Intergeneric, grex name unknown.
Once you get into the hobby it becomes annoying that mass outlets sell orchids without name tags. If your orchid is mass produced (zillions of copies) sometimes you might get a name.

I can't say that I'm into the hobby yet, but it absolutely annoys me that there is no tag!!!

Plenty of culture notes on the net, but try and find those written for climate zones similar to 6b.
