Newly repotted dendrobium orchids- yellowing leaves?

I recently acquired two dendrobium orchids that were in sphagnum moss and repotted them into a fir bark mix(Better Gro Special Orchid mix, mixed with some smaller fir bark), which my other orchids are in. However, now both them are yellowing some on the lower leaves and stalks? They are still in bloom and those look fine(I was semi-expecting them to drop the flowers). It's been maybe a week and a half.

They are in a filtered south window. Ideas for me?

Might be normal, depends on the type of Dendrobium. Do you have the name tags?

The smaller of the two is Dendrobium Thongchai Gold "Viroj" and the larger is unnamed, with white blooms and dark purple centers.

Both are probably warm growing hard cane Dendrobium with a long flower stem like this..
Dendrobium Woo Leng 'Blue Lip'
It is normal for a cane a few growths back from the newest growth to lose all its leaves at some time during the year.
Regarded as difficult here and i would not repot them with winter coming on. Seek out some detailed cultivation notes. You might find them as Hard-Cane or Phal. Type Dendrobiums.

Hi Wendy - This link may have some of the information you are looking for. I agree with Arthur. I would hold off on repotting until their new growth picks up again in the spring. Good luck

Here is a link that might be useful: Phal/Semi Antelope Den Information
