phalaenopsis help

i was wondering if any one can tell me what these spots are on my phalaenopsis. It isn't in direct sunlight so I was doubtful on being sunburnt! And then on the other picture I am wondering why my orchids never rebloom after bringing them home from the store. As you can see the plant is thriving but won't rebloom ;(this plant is over 4 years old. please any suggestions as these are my favorite flower!

You have to add more information about where you are in the USA and the conditions where the Phals are.... Temps,
Near Windows, Humidity etc etc.

Looks like you might have spilled something on it like bleach. That's a guess but it can happen.

We are in Midwest Ohio. Not lots of humidity it is currently in a west window. Nothing got spilt on it.

How long have those marks been on the leaves, if they are not getting larger it probably is not a worry. Once there those sort of marks will never go away.
As for why your Phalaenopsis does not flower, the usual reason is that the plant needs a slight dip in temperature to initiate the process. This usually happens normally in late Autumn/early Winter when temps dip a bit.
