A good place to buy orchids in Tucson/PHX?

| Looking for advice on where to buy orchids in Tucson or Phoenix (other than Trader Joe's, lol). I'm a cactus/succulent collector, but I'm starting to really get into orchids, having just bought several in the last month or so.

| Hi cd, and Welcome! The original "paphhead" (sp?), who only occasionally posts here (and more's the pity), is orrin_h from Tucson. If you go down to the Search on the main Orchid Forum page and put his name into the space, threads to which he has contributed will come up. Just click on his linked name and you will go to his page, where there is a link for sending him an email through the forum. I'm guessing that he will know where to find some good orchid vendors in the area Sweetcicely |

| There is a guy on ebay in Az, (autumnimports). He sells lots of bulbos. |

| OK, I think I've fixed the problem.... Mesquite Valley Growers in Tucson has carried orchids in the past but I haven't been there lately so don't know for sure if they still do. Trader Joe's at Speedway/Wilmot has had a much better variety than some of the other stores. Again, I haven't been there lately, but in the past I've found species Paphs there, also seen Vandas, Catts, multigeneric Oncs, Zygos, reedstem Epis etc. -O- |
