They might flower next year when the plant is a little bit larger.

I think it's in too big of a pot, phals like to be snug in their pots to bloom.what might be happening is that it is working on filling the pot with roots thus not concentrating on blooms.it looks healthy so hopefully when it has finish making roots it will bloom as Arthurm said next year.ðÂÂÂVelleta

Has the bigger/mother plant re-bloomed? If so, more time. If not, maybe more light and a fall temp drop of about 15-20 degrees between day and night.

the mother plant die last year , the room they are in is about 70-73 F and i night about 66-68
