Opinions Needed RE: Large Epidendrum

Hello Orchid Enthusiasts,

Yesterday I purchased a big epidedrum. (I believe its E. secundrum, but not sure) It has several spikes coming up as you can see from the photos.

Unfortunately, I did not notice until I brought it home that several of the stems have large spots on the undersides of the leaves. It is present on roughly 1/3 of the stems.
Pretty sure its cercospora.

What do you think I should do? Cut off all the infected stems? Treat with fungicide? Leave it alone? Any and all opinions are welcome! This is my first Epidendrum and I want it to thrive!

Many Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving
