Sickly seedling phals

These are some primary crosses from Peter Lin that started off very healthy. I do not see any mealies or scale. They have small scarred looking areas on undersides of leaves, some places also visible on tops of the leaves. This scarring is also deep in the leaf axils of some of the lower leaves. General color does not seem good.

Due to a hospitalization these plants, among others, were ignored for a couple weeks.

Any ideas? I wiped these spots down with cotton dipped in alcohol.

Thx for the responses and the link. Photo does not look like my leaves. I googled mites and did a lot of reading. Photos of damaged leaves look a lot like my plants. However there was no webbing and nothing red on a white cloth. There was orange coloring transferred onto my cloth when I wiped down one of the plant's leaves.

Tried taking photos, but the damage doesn't show well.
