Sederia japonica help

Well I've been growing a sederia japonica for a year and a half now and since I bought it; it has pushed out three new leaves but no flower spikes. When I first purchased it in March of 2012, it was in bloom and smelled great. I treat this orchid just like the rest of my phals, water once a week, bright indirect sunlight. I fertilize about once every three weeks. Am I missing a small step or anything to get it to produce a spike? Presently I have three out of my nine phals coming into spike so I I feel somewhat comfortable with my conditions atleast wih phals. Thanks for your help.
