To get fine tuning you need to give more information re. where the orchid is growing....amount of light....temperatures....fertilizing etc etc.

I think those roots might need a little air. Maybe make a few holes in the cup.

Those roots are all rotted and dead. Remove the moss and cut off the dead roots, and then repost a pic of whatever healthy roots are left. Then we will have a better idea of what to do for it.

In the future I don't recommend cutting leaves off they will fall off when it's time...cuts give more opportunity for bacteria/viruses to get to the plant. If u do have to cut, make sure your tool is sterile and treat the cut with cinnamon. I agree with Cooper the roots need some air to dry out they are definitely too wet...once they are back to normal repot in a pot with good drainage and air circulation. And water as suggested in the culture notes given by arthur...phals don't like to completely dry out but can't be soggy either or they will rot and die. I've heard it said many times that it's easier to kill an orchid by over watering than underwatering.

You are in zone 6??

Keep the plant warm, put it in a bright window and hope it hangs on until Spring. I wouldn't cut the roots, they may branch with some live roots.
Your plant doesn't look like it will make it, but you never know. These are tough plants. Keep it warm and bright and hope for the best.
