I've seen three before...so yes, it's possible with good culture for a single growth Phal to put out multiple.

Entirely possible. This is my first rebloom since i started with orchids 7 months ago, and most of my reblooming phals are putting out two spikes.

I left 3 spikes on one of my Phal Baldans Kaleidoscope from last years flowering...and now it's currently spiking 2 more and more spikes off of the old spikes...I counted 6 new flower growths today...should be a good picture in a few months :-)
