What constitutes organic soil absense of chemicals ?

My farm is for sale and it has not been farmed for 25 years. Previous it was in carn and soybeans. I was thinking to sell it advertise the 29 acres as good soil for organic farming in different places? Is it good that no chemicals have been used on the soil for 25 years? It grows things great.
