Organic Vegetable Plants

| I am looking for a market that sells organic vegetable plants for Central NY gardening (for the spring, not right now!). The Syracuse Regional Market has very little in the way of organics. I'm willing to drive a ways to get them, but have not found anything seaRching online. |

| Contact some of the local growers who participate in the farmers markets in your area. They will often gladly start varieties they know you are interested in, if they haven't got them already started. If you know what varieties and quantities you want, it's likely they will be happy to help you. The Syracuse Farmers market is open on Saturdays from 7 - 2 if you want to make the effort to talk to someone in person, but you could also call the office at (315) 422-8647 and they might be able to send you in the right direction. |
