Fish Fertilizer In Carpet

We had some Neptune's Fish and Seaweed fertilizer spill in the communal hallway carpet in an apartment building we live in. It happened last saturday, I soaked up the mess and hoped the smell would go away, but to no avail.

I hired a cleaner and on Wednesday they shampooed, steam cleaned, deodorized and anti-bacterial treated the area.

Smells terrible still.

I'm thinking of going back tomorrow to us some Nature's Finest on the area to see if that helps, as well as hanging some odor absorbing bags throughout the hallway to deal with lingering smells.

The hallway gets very little ventilation so I'm going to open up all the doors to outside, point a fan at the area and try to dry it a tad.

Anyone have ideas on if this will work or any alternate ideas? I don't feel like having to replace the carpeting in all 4 stories.

I would try the Natures Finest (Miracle?).
My brother swears by the stuff.
Let us know how it works out.
