| Bad... I think that is a leaf miner adult. Google liriomyza langei and you can find images. They attack lettuces and spinach among others. |

| It looks like one of the Long-Legged Flies, totally beneficial. They come in many different colors (green, bronze, copper, combination), but are always iridescent. Those pretty adults predate on other small insects...such as aphids, and insect nymphs. |
