| Would a kelp spray stop the effects of black mulch leeching dye or other chemicals on to dense clay soil? A portion of the mulch is made of crushed pallets so arsenic may be leeching into the soil. Can I use too much liquid kelp in this situation? |

| Kelp won't help. Further, wood pallets aren't treated with arsenic. |
