I laughed out loud at this one, Sheila. My husband, looking quizzically over my shoulder to see what I was laughing at, said, "Isn't that beer?" So I got to laugh some more.

Good one! I expected to see a green martini, colored with food coloring or a Midori liquer.

Seriously, I think we're going to need the recipe for Guiness pie.

I did put up the Guiness Pie recipe a few years ago, Suzanne. Gillian actually made it and raved about it. I'll put in in discussions.

The glass in this picture is actually Waterford, a nice Irish product, and the pattern is an old one named "Sheila" - much like me:)
