That looks very good! I like the color, goes good with your counter-top. Looks professional, no wonder you are proud of it.

Great job! You deserve your glass of plonk, but what were you making with the garlic?

Looks really good, Sheila...a new skill learned and you get to enjoy the results every day. I know Di's tips and instructions helped (even made sense to me) but following through ...I'd say you did great! So now what's next? josh

Really nice. Doesn't it feel good to have a DIY project turn out so nice. It will give you confidence to tackle something else. Do you want hardwood floors?

LOL Suzanne! I would love hardwood floors, but I don't have hardwood knees anymore.

    Yes, it does feel good.

I'm not sure what movie this phrase comes from(Trading Places?) but Jimmy and I exchange these words of endearment when we pull off something as well as you have Sheila.

    "Loooookin gooood Billy-Bob!"

I used the same color grout and tile in my kitchen when we refinished that old house last year. So, needless to say, I love the combo you picked.

I regret to inform you that there is a fee for my advice. Your payment in full is due now and requires you to talk me out of this project. see link.

I want to re-do Lindsey's dresser, armoire(sp?),end tables and headboard. Dremel carve and paint? I've clearly lost my mind. As far as I'm concerned Suzanne owes me that T-shirt saying: "Im going inasane and I desrve to" because she was the one who suggested I window shop to get "inspired". I'm afraid I did just that.

Di, yes, you have lost your mind. I think even getting it ready for the re-do would put me in a darkened room for months.

However, I usually find when I've lost my mind I find it hiding in the project and then it feels so very good. I wish you'd post in dicussions about this...people would love it and those who have also lost their minds always love company :-)

Thanks for the kind words about my tile job. I'm doing the guest bathroom backsplash next and then I plan to do a mosaic of some kind on a table.
