Wonderful! Bet the juice runs down your arm when you bite into it, not like the things the supermarket calls peaches

Jim, that picture of the peach is especially welcome when we're in the midst of a 'system' that won't move from our area till after Midnight. We have about 4" of snow on the ground and may get a little more. Although the snow will move on to Philadelphia, New York, and Boston--maybe 14" there, our woes will continue b/c the temps are supposed to drop, sharply, even to single digits, and the winds are supposed to be severe. The TV weather gurus are saying in some situations, it will/could be 'life-threatening'.

DH and I are glad we don't have to go out; we'll stay home where it's warm and comfortable.

I just got back from trying to dig my wife out of a ditch filled with snow. The tow guy had trouble. I don't feel so bad now. The wind is about 20 mph and 4" of new, very light snow! Rotten visibility.

Our forecast: Sunday night -14; Monday day -4; Monday night -14. Not like recent winters at all.

DS sent this photo from OR. He calls it "flash freeze", we used to call it Hoar Frost. It's cold all over.
Jim, send more summer memories.
