Flammable Cheese......

I'm from Norway and one of my favorite cheeses is "Gjet Ost", also called Brown cheese or Goat Cheese.
I've been eating this cheese for about 70 years, but no more.
A news article said a truck hauling the cheese, caught on fire and it took three days to put the fire out, and about 6 days to clear the road. It said the cheese was about 30% fat.
Sometimes, old world "comfort" or memory foods are not worth it.
