| We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch - we are going back from whence we came. John F. Kennedy The water in a vessel is sparkling; the water in the sea is dark. The small truth has words which are clear; the great truth has great silence. When was the last time you spent a quiet moment just doing nothing - just sitting and looking at the sea, or watching the wind blowing the tree limbs, or waves rippling on a pond, a flickering candle or children playing in the park?

| Sitting and doing nothing, not planning or fidgeting or even meditating is a soul refreshing non-activity, I practice it and highly recommend it. We are so conditioned to be "busy" with something or another that it's easy to forget to just be still. |
