| After some 32 years the house next door is for sale and we'll be getting new neighbors. I wonder who they will be? |

| Hopefully friendly, but not too friendly, some children and pets, but well behaved ones, and ones who will take care of the property and someone who likes to garden! |

| My anxiety always goes up when a home in my neighbourhood goes up for sale. Cause you just never know what your gonna get. So far I have been lucky I live in a nice place with nice people even if the townn itself is a bit on the weird side. There is only one rude house in the area teenagers of course. So best wishes for peace quiet and maybe a garden buddy :) |

| My hope for you is that they're just like Michelle. She's obviously got great neighbors, but she too, is a great neighbor. Besides, she throws awesome galas! But then, that's what you're describing sans children, unless you count furchildren. |

| minnie_tx , yes,barking dogs is DH worst nightmare. Been there done that with other neighbors. We've lived here for 36 years and we've never had a loud boom box around.That would rattle my nerves. |

| Tibs sort of summed up the whole ball of wax and I think it can be stated as I hope they are considerate. That goes a long way into making living in proximity a pleasant experience. |
