A little sunshine plantings.

We've had a few days of sunshine and the planting bug got me.A few herbs, lettus, red onions (first time I've planted onions).
and a bunch of other things.
I already used some Oregano and Rosemary for my stewed chicken. Yummm.
I know it is early, but if need be, I do have protective coverings for the 3x5 beds.
I saved one bed for a couple of tomato plants.
It does make me happy to see a bit of spring.

It would be nice if mother nature would spread the sunshine and snow evenly. Little more snow on the ski resorts here in CA, and more sunshine in in storm ravaged areas. But it is what it is.
When I got up this morning I saw that it was frost on the roofs, so I have covered the boxes and I hope the saying "Better late, than never" is true. I hope nothing bad happened to my seedlings.
I almost nuked one of my indoor cactus, by putting it outside in the sun. It is under stress, trying to recover.Sigh............
