Hope you get well fast. Take good care of yourself and make sure you take your medicine, most likely like me, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and don't eat or drink for the next hour.
That hour is long, so that is the reason for my daily morning ramble.

I'll stick my neck out and take 5/13 to 5/19 - cataract surgery on 5/10, but they say it is a piece of cake, so I should be able to do it.

Thanks Annliese and Lilo. Thanks also for the well wishes and advise. Home now, a bit beat up and sore. Need to read up and start the meds. Will see the Doctor again Monday. They glued my neck back together and there is a drain hole where they had a small tube. Get a lot of phlegm build up but have a weird breathing device that helps.

Hope the cataract think works well. Are you getting one at a time or both? Missy has done the first Dr. appt. and we are looking to set up a date for her.

Don, I'm glad you are back home again. DD had thyroid surgery when she was about 18 years old and I was her caretaker so I understand about the after effects. Take it easy and take care of both of you.
