This might be oleander, but I am not really sure.

    It's pretty, but I don't think Oleander, the leaves are not like any Oleander I know - but then, what do I know?

    OK already.

    I looked and looked and thought I had it.
    So...I looked some more.
    Here is my latest - possibly spathoglottis picatta or Malasian Orchid or ground orchid.
