I really don't quite agree with either, because no matter what diet one has to follow or wants to follow, the difference is herbs and spices, they do wonders and add hardly any calories.

Ditto anneliese, meat and potatoes guy in our house also.
If I would put a dab of bacon grease behind each ear, he'd follow me anywhere. Anything green leaves him cold. Lol.
