The Bumbles seem to prefer the California poppies

Lilo, sure glad you have butterflies, I have not seen many of those in my garden.
But I expect to see a big ole moth in my garden, because I hear a "click, click" on my tomato plant, and I know there is a tomato horn worm ready to turn into a moth.
Yes, the bees like the poppies.
I followed them one morning and they are busy.

There was a big bumble bee on our deck, this evening. Not too many flowers , yet, but there must have been something to attract him.
