The love of my life admonished me to let you know the entire itinerary. I was going to do that later - she said do it now!
This cruise began October 25, sailing from Port Everglades, Florida. Here is the way it went (not as it was originally planned by the cruise line):

2 days at sea,
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
6 days at sea,
Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain
Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain
Arecife, Canary Islands, Spain
1 day at sea,
Tangier, Morocco
Almeria, Spain
Valencia, Spain
Barcelona, Spain
Palma de Mallorca, Spain
1 day at sea,
Civitavecchia, Italy
Naples, Italy
Sorrento, Italy
Messina, Sicily
Palermo, Sicily
2 days at sea,
Cartagena, Spain
Gibraltar, United Kingdom
Cadiz, Spain
Casablanca, Morocco
1 day at sea,
Funchal, Madeira
7 days at sea,
Half Moon Cay, Bahamas
Port Everglades (Ft. Lauderdale), Florida on December 6

This itinerary had many days at sea and it also was somewhat port intensive, with a couple of times 5 ports in 5 days!

This picture was taken on the open deck of our ship at sunrise as we neared the Strait of Gibraltar. It was another one of those restless nights for me.

PLEASE! If you have questions, ask right away. I'll answer here so that others can fully understand. OK? OK!

Tomorrow, I'll relate a bit about our first full day at sea.

Jim
