We are shapped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.

Thousands of candles can be lightened by a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.

Everything we are is shaped by our thoughts. We can think ourselves into misery, jealousy, anger, you name it.Did you ever notice how sometimes when you are gardening you just feel so content? For me it's because my mind has stopped thinking and I'm just in the moment.
