Oh man, do I agree with those. Honest hard work gives one more dignity than anything else can.

I just read today (in a magazine in the dentist's office) that making oneself do something that is a little harder than usual is good for the brain. I know I feel better when I've made myself do or try something diffferent, especially if I'm successful. :>)

These thoughts are what kept me going when I was limited in what I could do.
