85 years ago today.
Women had their babies at home with neighbors or midwives helping.
His mother felt that it was time and her husband ran for help.
Too Late!
She couldn't even make it up onto the bed.
So my husband has the distinction of being Born On The Floor.
It's a family joke..."what do you expect? He was Born on The Floor."
Here's a toast to a really great guy, he can cook, and he takes care of me. Fathered three great sons.
