Do you plan to get more from that same company? Beyond belief!!! Were they autographed by the grower?

Hahaha - they shoould have been autographed by Jack! If I get more from the same company depends on what their response is when I send them a note.

Oh my gosh. It would pay you to grow your own seeds for future plantings.

I was interested in the Provider Bean, so I looked it up and it looks interesting. It also helps that a trusted GP member recommended them.

Provider is a good bean, very heavy bearer, but it needs to be picked younger than other bush beans or I have found they get very stringy. I buy my vegetable seeds at the feed store when I pick up chicken feed. They are in cellophane bags and you can see exactly what you are buying.

Lilo if you would send a mailing address I will send you an ample supply of Provider bean seed. Bought this spring from a reliable source.
|
Lilo - were those beans 24 carat gold plated with fur trim? LOL

It's more likely there was a hang-up in the assembly-line, all that packing is automated now, and it was the end of a shift and so it slid byThe company, Seeds of Change, used to be very customer oriented, but I understand they are now part of an International Corporation and I'm sure that makes a difference, and not a positive one.
