Sometimes I simply must express how I feel about something. But this time, I can't find the words.

A woman on a travel forum for our city wants to know if it rains all day here.

Have you heard any Outstanding Stupid questions lately? Now is the time to express yourself about it!

Wow.........that one leaves me shaking my head! Don't know that I could come up with an answer for her other than an incomprehensible stutter. Probably a good thing that it would be incomprehensible, if you know what I mean.
