Today has been a real miracle, weather-wise, especially for the 4th of July. In describing it to my sister, who lives in FL and has been dealing with upper 90 degree days for several weeks, I used adjectives such as magnificent, glorious, stupendous, wonderful, and most of all, "God-given". Our high temp was 78.6 degrees, and we had a STRONG, Northwest breeze, almost a light wind, all day long. A couple of times, it felt almost "fall-like". (Can you tell I liked it? :>)

My DH, our cat and I were outdoors for over five hours, not all at one time, but it was very nice!

Tomorrow may not be quite as 'great' as today, but it is still supposed to be clear and cooler than usual. Unfortunately, Monday brings back high temps and high humidity. Oh well, November will be here in 3 1/2 months.
