Today's Weather

Today has been a real miracle, weather-wise, especially for the 4th of July. In describing it to my sister, who lives in FL and has been dealing with upper 90 degree days for several weeks, I used adjectives such as magnificent, glorious, stupendous, wonderful, and most of all, "God-given". Our high temp was 78.6 degrees, and we had a STRONG, Northwest breeze, almost a light wind, all day long. A couple of times, it felt almost "fall-like". (Can you tell I liked it? :>)

My DH, our cat and I were outdoors for over five hours, not all at one time, but it was very nice!

Tomorrow may not be quite as 'great' as today, but it is still supposed to be clear and cooler than usual. Unfortunately, Monday brings back high temps and high humidity. Oh well, November will be here in 3 1/2 months.

RE: Today's Weather

Been between 76/79 for a week or so.Night temps around 60. Very pleasant.
Talked to DS in OR today, he said it had been around 105 for a week and more to come.

RE: Today's Weather

It's hot here now. Really envy you the fall breezes. I love fall. Even here it's wonderful. Feels good, smells good, love it and look forward to it every hot, endless dang summer.

No breeze at all. It is mid-70s, but opening the windows won't allow non-existent breezes inside. Low in the mid-50s tonight, again no breeze.

90s again by Tuesday, with rain.

RE: Today's Weather

Nineties for the next week or so. Today 4:45 my time, just now, 94º with 12% humidity - Red Flag warnings. July is usually a hottie and the days are still long enough to make every day last forever.
