Unknown plant

I don't know if the jpg. files will help. This plant is growing in a friends huge garden and also wild on one of our forest walks in Norfolk, UK. Smells a little like a sweetpea, but not as pungent. Tried everywhere to identify it to no avail. Thought it might belong to the 'PHLOX' family, but the leaf is different.
Would appreciate any feedback from you guys.

Thanks in earnest!

Lee. (ruftytufty)

RE: Unknown plant

Hi Lee,

I myself can barely tell the difference between a daffodil and a tulip. But here's a link to a forum where you might have some luck.

Let us know what you find out!
