Cherry Tomatoes

I am starting to prefer growing cherry tomato varieties over the larger ones for several reasons which include yield, taste, disease resistance, and quality. Next year I think I will use up the couple of larger tomato seeds I have left but otherwise be done with them. Am I weird? Lol. I feel like it.

Sungold is a very good one.

You are not alone. The cherries and the grape tomatoes are the only ones this year who have a yield. All the other either did not bloom, turned brown despite watering or were not fit to eat or cook.

Looking forward to planting veggies as soon as the body permits.

I have two volunteer cherry tomato plants and they are growing to beat the band. DD and grandson (almost 6 years old) came to visit and they had the best time picking tomatoes and popping them right in their mouths. I'll be planting a couple more next year, just for them,
