Another new great grandson, that makes five boys and two girls. This one was born late this afternoon. New mother called, everyone is fine. Boy weighed 8 lbs. 15 oz and was 22 inches long. Big kid. Don't think the father is over 5'8" but granddaughter is 6'2" so may be a tall kid. Her cousin, one of the twins, is due in two weeks and they didn't want to know what gender the new one will be so we are kind of hoping it will be a girl. Help to balance things out a bit. Leone is already saying she may have to go to Colorado to pick up peaches like she did last year when this kids cousin was born. New mother says they will be here at our house at our annual labor day get together. Should be fun.

Congratulations, George and Leone, on your newest great-grandchild. With another birth expected in a couple of weeks, you'll be only one short of your very own baseball team. :>) Anymore on the way?

As a grandmother who only has two grandsons I am envious. Neil and I would take weekend excursions looking for the perfect house for our grands and great grands. It had to be a big two story white house with a huge attic, Sound like a fairy tale? It was what we wanted for our many I am looking forward to greats now, don't have any idea what George and Leone, you are blessed with greats. I am so happy
